Thank you for choosing Adoer, a product of Interactive Digitalmedia (IDM) Pvt Ltd. We strive to provide a seamless and valuable experience for our users. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. Users may cancel their Adoer subscription at any time through their account settings. 1.2. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription period expires. 1.3. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in an automatic charge for the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions:
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
2.2. Annual Subscription Refunds:
Users who cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be entertained.
2.3. Exceptional Cases:
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate billing or technical issues preventing access to Adoer’s core features. Users must contact support with relevant details to request a refund.
3. Refund Process
3.1. To request a refund, users must contact Adoer Support at support@adoer.app with their subscription details and reason for the request. 3.2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of submission. 3.3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
4. Modifications to This Policy
Adoer reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
